Mario Golden is a highly experienced guide. Over the past two and half decades, he has developed his own approach to guidance work, uniquely combining inner realization, empowerment, interactive-learning, and method acting techniques.
In all of his guidance work, Mr. Golden brings to bear his skills as leader, consultant, advisor, facilitator, teacher/trainer, and counselor. He creates safe, inclusive, and motivating environments that foster open exploration and personal growth. He draws upon his expertise designing, implementing, and evaluating curricula, interventions, and programs that incorporate effective methods and relevant research and promote the development of conscious communities.
Mr. Golden has served at numerous private, not-for-profit, and educational institutions nationally and internationally. As part of this, he has developed educational materials that have been published and disseminated.
In the past decade and a half Mr. Golden has also contributed as HIV/AIDS educator. This includes an ongoing collaboration with "Hermanos de Luna y Sol," an innovative HIV/AIDS prevention intervention in San Francisco based on principles of popular education.
